Eureka Auditorium

Eureka's new High School Auditorium is currently in the making and is almost complete.

A enhancement committee has been formed to raise funds to make a good auditorium into a great theatre. Ambitious goals have been set and with your help we will reach them. In addition to the school district functions, the facility will also be available to outside hire, opening the doors for public and professional use.

This Auditorium Theatre will host performances ranging from school assemblies, concerts, musicals, plays, dances and full scale theatrical productions.

A unique partnership between private and public entities working together will make dollars stretch in new and creative ways. The public funding brings us a complete building infrastructure including a 42 foot stage with a basic sound package and wiring, a sunken orchestra pit, 450 theatre seats, proscenium curtains, overhead catwalks and house lights.

The enhancement committee's purpose is to compliment this basic package with the latest improved theatre stage technology. A target of $400,000 will add the professional upgrades needed to transform the auditorium into a truly top notch theatre.
